Alejandro Hernández, B.S., M.B.A.

Alejandro Hernández, B.S., M.B.A. is an executive adviser to Talita Kum Holistic Clinic and has been dedicated for over twenty years to the continuous improvement of enterprises and individuals. Mr. Hernández has served as an executive and employee coach in multinational enterprises in the Americas, having worked in the United States, Mexico and Central America. He has focused his career on the development of emotional intelligence, teamwork and reinvention management within enterprises. 

His experience identifying personality strengths and weaknesses, ideal career and life choices based on specific personality traits and the hidden forces driving decisions has helped countless individuals unlock their personal potential. 

Mr. Hernández completed his bachelor in science at the Monterrey’s Institute of Technology and Higher Studies where he also obtained post graduate certifications in quality-productivity and finance. He has also been certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and received a Lean Manager certification from the Ohio State University.
